In case you don't have enough hand function to turn on, twist and position an electrical toothbrush, this tool helps. The hand clamp can be bend to fit every hand. After this (please apply toothpaste in your mouth first) turn the toothbrush on with the extended on-/off button. To change the orientation of the toothbrush simply twist it inside the holder with the bottom lever. 360 degrees of motion is acquired without having to twist or bend your wrist.
